Session Types
Individual (60 min) - $200 per player

​Private training offers a highly personalized and efficient approach to achieving your full potential. A professional coach will tailor sessions specifically to your needs, your strengths, and improve your weaknesses. Whether you want to become a starter for your club / school team, or make it to the collegiate / pro level, private sessions ensure your training is aligned with the world’s best practices and meet your personal objectives. A coach will provide a detailed training plan and hold players accountable with periodic evaluations.
​2 Person Training (60 min) - $125 per player​​

Each player is provided an individualized program, however, the semi private dynamic creates a more competitive environment. Athletes are normally paired based on common needs or training focus. Semi privates are scheduled and organized by the client.
​Small Group of 3-4 People (60 min) - $85 per player​​

The program is less individualized, but still high quality. The price point is lower which allows athletes to train more frequently and make more progress. Small groups are pre-organized groups that offer players a competitive high quality training that meets each player’s individual needs with training drills created to enhance technical ability and simulate game scenarios effectively.
​Group of 5+ people (90 min) - $50 per player

5+ Group player training’s run every day and the schedule can be found on the website. These are consistent and drop in style sessions. These sessions are the most popular because you train all of the individual technical parts of the game + get to compete with players of all ages and skill levels. We focus on dribbling, receiving, passing, turning, shooting, and small sides games. The groups can sometimes be small because of club seasons which create a more intimate experience. College, Pro, aspiring college, academy, and everything in between drop into these sessions to stay sharp throughout their season.
Pro Clinics
Pro Clinic’s offer an unparalleled experience where players can learn from the best professionals in the game. An intimate training experience structured to provide both players and parents invaluable insight on how to go beyond your potential and succeed on and off the field. From players such as Antonio Valencia, former Manchseter United Captain, to current pro’s like Jeremy Ebobisse or Ted Ku-Dipietro, these sessions are designed to inspire and show players the path forward to success. Pictures, Q&A, autographs, and the chance to win private sessions and signed merch with the Professional running the session.
Team Trainings
Next Star offers team training programs to elevate the team’s skills, tactics, and overall performance. Each session is customized to the needs of the team, balancing individual development with team objectives. From improving attacking effectiveness through small sided games and 1 v 1s, to improving shooting technique.
Parent Consultation
For those seeking additional discussion, guidance, or support regarding a player’s current skill/fitness levels, progress, academy opportunities, college recruitment process, international exposure, or anything soccer-related, a private consultation will provide the opportunity to address all of your questions confidentially. Live Game Analysis
Training performance doesn’t always translate into game-day performance. Sometimes, the only way to detect the most important areas for improvement is by watching and analyzing a game. If you or your player are unsatisfied with game-day results, it may be helpful to receive a detailed live game analysis and report. Live game within 20 miles of Bethesda $350, or game on video $200
Player Evaluation
A one-on-one, 60-minute evaluation, measurement of technical skills and fitness. It is intended for players and parents who want a detailed snapshot of current strengths and weaknesses, skill by skill. $200
Player Report
A detailed report on a player’s general strengths and weaknesses, including progress, effort and attitude, general skills, and fitness level. Available after a minimum of 6 training sessions. $75 per report.
